For this university project, we were asked to explore the Principe Real neighborhood in Lisbon and uncover its stories and challenges. During our research, we discovered that gentrification is changing the neighborhood and slowly erasing parts of its character.

Within this change, we found an old antique shop that has stood the test of time—a living piece of the neighborhood's history. Inspired by its resilience, we created a photo book that captures the spirit of this place. Through photography and storytelling, we wanted to show how the shop has become a symbol of memory and cultural heritage, enduring for three generations as one of the last reminders of the true soul of Principe Real.
